It’s a Freakin’ Epidemic
Did you know that 1 in 4 people will experience some form of mental health problem in their lifetime?
This statistic is really quite shocking, and it is a UK based statistic. However, globally each country has a similar statistic of 1 in 4 or 1 in 6 people suffering from a mental health problem at some point in their life. Continue reading
